Adeline Ng
1-on-1 classes available every Monday & Thursday
Wellness Pilates & Barre Instructor
Since graduation from the University, Adeline has been actively involved in the performing arts scene - dancing in various shows and events while holding a full-time corporate job. She fell in love with Pilates when she started practicing pilates to condition and strengthen her body to meet the physical demands required for her lifestyle. It was not only a regular routine to cross train and manage her injuries, it was also a great way for her to work out with low impact when she was desk-bound for hours and looking at numbers as an Insights Analyst. Fascinated by the technicalities of movements, and how Pilates has helped her to become more aware of her body and to move more effectively and efficiently with lower risk of injury, she developed deep appreciation for mindful movement and decided to embark on her Pilates training. Adeline has been teaching for almost 4 years now and also taught Barre, blending elements of dance, pilates and fitness into her workouts. Adeline continues to learn about the body and hopes she can help people optimise their health and feel their best through Pilates.
