FAQS

  • Do I need a doctor's referral letter?
No - a doctor's referral letter is not required for your physiotherapy consult! Our physiotherapists are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to diagnose and provide appropriate treatment to any musculoskeletal condition that you may present with. Should your condition requires further medical input, we may refer you to other specialties whom we trust and worked closely with. If you wish to seek reimbursement from your corporate/private insurance provider, then a doctor’s referral letter may be required. Do clarify with your employer and/or insurance provider on the necessary process needed to make a claim via insurance!
  • How should I prepare for my first appointment?
Be comfortable! You may wear your sports attire so that your movement is not restricted by your attire. If you do not have it available, do not worry! Our clinics have clean sports attire available for you to change into.
  • Are your physiotherapists certified in Singapore?
Yes - all our physiotherapists are dual registered in both Singapore and Australia. Specifically, all Singapore-based physiotherapists are required to be accredited by the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC), a professional board under the Ministry of Health, before they can practise in Singapore. • Why is physiotherapy important?

We strive to enable you in achieving optimal functional mobility, towards a complete recovery through treatment and education. • Is physiotherapy painful?

Occasionally, other treatment modalities such as clinical massage, shockwave therapy and dry needling may be ultilised. Rest assure that your physiotherapist will consistently check in with you regarding your discomfort threshold during the session, to establish your tolerance to the treatment.
