OUR Services
Our physiotherapists are trained to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
On your first visit, you can expect a comprehensive assessment to determine a diagnosis and develop a personalised recovery plan. Treatment may include joint mobilisation, manual therapy, dry needling, and targeted exercise rehabilitation — all guided by our highly trained physiotherapists.
Conditions we commonly treat:
Back and spinal pain or stiffness
Neck pain and headaches
Nerve-related pain due to posture or injury
Joint pain from degeneration or arthritis
Cartilage and meniscus injuries
Muscle and tendon injuries
Sports-related injuries
Following any orthopaedic surgical procedure, patients are often referred for physiotherapy to support their recovery. Physiotherapy plays a key role in improving mobility, strengthening joints and muscles, and managing pain — all of which contribute to a smoother and faster recovery.
Our physiotherapists are highly trained in post-operative rehabilitation and will work closely with your doctors and surgeons throughout the process to optimise your rehabilitative outcomes. Through collaborative planning and goal setting, we’ll help you find the most effective path to reach your recovery goals.
If you have any questions or concerns about post-surgical physiotherapy or rehabilitation, feel free to get in touch with us — we’re here to help.

Corporate workplaces are where many of us spend at least a third of our day — often in static positions for prolonged periods. This makes it essential for the workspace to support natural, healthy movement patterns that align with the needs of the human body.
In the context of modern work environments, the combination of stress and physical stasis (lack of movement) can take a toll on health and performance. However, with simple, curated routines, we can reintroduce movement into the workday — helping the body function better and feel less strained.
To support this, we offer ‘Lunch & Learn’ sessions, where employees can gain practical insights into:
What actually happens to our bodies during a typical workday
How the design and habits of your workspace affect your physical health
Simple strategies to improve movement, comfort, and well-being at work
If you’d like to learn more or engage our physiotherapists for a session, get in touch with us — we’ll be happy to share more.
